1. Eligibility for Returns

3.3 We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Swift Cleaning Chemicals is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refund

4.2 If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
4.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
